Our Approach
NMP is a Namibian owned fishing company that brokers and arranges fishing deals with other companies and operators. We work across all species and deal types — if there's a fishing opportunity that makes commercial sense, we pursue it. NMP also holds two fishing licenses that we lease out to vessel operators, allowing other boats to fish on our licenses under structured agreements.

The People Behind NMP
Konrad Barnes
Managing Director & Shareholder
Konrad inherited Namibia Marine Products alongside his brother Leon from their father, taking over as Managing Director in 2025. Under new management, Konrad and his family have steered the company in a fresh direction — one grounded in transparency, integrity, and legitimate business practice. He leads NMP day to day alongside his wife Bianca, and together they are building something to be proud of, holding their own alongside the established players in the industry.
Bianca Barnes
General Manager
Bianca joined NMP as General Manager alongside her husband Konrad when the family took over the company in 2025. Together they manage the business day to day, learning the industry as they go and doing so with real determination. Bianca has quickly proven herself an equal partner in every sense, and the two of them are growing NMP into something the family can be genuinely proud of.
